BHP Billiton's Port Hedland operation is one of the argest iron ore producers in Western Australia, shipping millions of tonnes of iron ore per year.
Inspired Systems has provided industrial PCs and server systems to BHP Billiton, for real-time asset protection systems. These systems have included:

ARGUS Hot Bearing and Hot Wheel Monitoring System, including track-side industrial PCs
Mainline and Goldsworthy Train Control, and Telemetry Control Systems
LEO Locomotive Monitoring system, including on-board Windows Embedded NT client terminals
Oscar wheen and bearing monitoring maintenance system

Rio Tinto's Hammersley Iron operation is major iron ore producer in Western Australia.
Inspired Systems, in conjunction with R.C. Wright & Associates, have provided industrial PC and server systems to Rio Tinto, for real-time asset protection systems. These systems have included:

DCC Hot bearing and Hot Wheel Monitoring System, including track-side industrial PCs
LEO Locomotive Monitoring system, including on-board Windows XP Embedded client terminals communicating wirelessly via 802.11g, and integrates a web-interface for users to determine the current activity of the system

Queensland Rail National have been able to focus on outward growth, including the recent acquisition of the entire Western Australian regional rolling stock from ARTC. Inspired Systems developed ARGUS for Queensland Rail's coal field Hot Bearing and Wheel detector system, and recently began work on a new ore-car dump operation monitoring system.

Rinex Technology provides farming navigation, GPS-based spray control, and steering control systems. Inspired Systems have worked closely with Rinex Technology for over 4 years, developing Windows XP Embedded & Windows CE operating system images, support, and driver development.

Specterra Services specialises in creating systems that scan anything from vegetation to mineral core producing Digital Multi-spectral imagery for processing.
